Meesho is taking a road less travelled to keep up in its fight with Amazon, Flipkart

Logistics is one of the biggest cost centres for Meesho. And the company wants to fix this once and for all with Valmo, a unique supply-chain mechanism that works with multiple logistics partners and reduces dependence on big third-party logistics companies. However, it will go through a learning curve before stabilising.
