Madras HC seeks Centre’s response on NCLT cash-for-orders scam.

The petitioner wants a monitoring mechanism to be in place to keep a check on the work done by the adjudicating bodies wherein corporate cases involving thousands of crores are heard and decided routinely. The additional solicitor general is expected to respond next week.
