Irregular work hours, inadequate sleep, workplace discomfort, diminished motivation, and the strain of work-related stress spilling over to personal lives are forcing a substantial number of CAPF personnel to quit. But authorities seem reluctant to acknowledge their plight and consider them as part of the armed forces or police.
