Risk appetite of employees see sharp uptick, most employees open to new job opportunities: Report

The Michael Page India Talent Trends 2023 report finds that 98% of employees are open to new opportunities, and that the "cultural revolution" in the workplace in the last 12-18 months has shifted control of the talent to the side of the employees. The report also finds that 63% of employees who changed their jobs in 2022 are also open to new opportunities.
