INS Mormugao’s commissioning adds pace to Indian Navy’s 15-year-long fleet expansion programme

As INS Mormugao officially joins the Indian Navy’s fleet on December 18, it completes another chapter of the Indian force’s long-term perspective plan – The Maritime Capability Perspective Plan.
