The dashboard of the Jal Jeevan Mission appeared to have some gaps. Interaction with a few village sarpanchs in Jodhpur district reveals that the reported coverage under the mission doesn’t match the ground reality. There is no source of water supply nearby and villagers are forced to buy tankers to fulfil their needs.
