Job market records 89% annual growth in August; surpasses pre-pandemic levels by 24%, shows Naukri JobSpeak

Hiring activity recorded a year-on-year (YOY) growth of 89% in August with the Naukri JobSpeak index trending at 2673. It also surpassed the pre-pandemic levels of August 2019 by 24%. Several sectors, led by IT, showed promising growth in hiring compared to pre-pandemic levels.
